The group's advanced panel system and independent ThermaSteel distributorship for the Northeast. Light-gauge steel bonded to EPS consolidates framing, insulation, sheathing and vapour barrier into one panel — no thermal bridging, no rot, no combustible substrate, and a shell that closes in roughly three days.

RK Parisi Enterprises, Inc. is a privately held, family-run holding company headquartered in Keene, New Hampshire. The enterprise began in 2012, when Robert Parisi founded PoshHaus with a straightforward thesis: the kitchen and the bathroom are not merely functional spaces but a reflection of the client's personal style, and they deserve to be specified with the same rigour as the structure around them.
That thesis scaled. What started as a curated online catalogue of best-in-class kitchen and bath products has grown into six operating divisions spanning luxury retail, proprietary manufacture, panelized structure, trade supply, design-build delivery and attainable modular housing — more than 200,000 satisfied customers later, still run out of one building on Emerald Street.
Vertical integration is our operating model, not our marketing. Owning each step of the value chain lets us specify high-performance assemblies, consolidate freight, compress schedules, hold inventory for phased work and flag substitutions before they reach the jobsite.

Envelope first
High-performance assemblies before mechanical horsepower. Effective values to R-61 with no thermal bridging shrink the load before a unit is sized.
Manufactured off site
Panels and modular units arrive pre-cut, numbered and labelled. Off-site fabrication takes the dumpster off the jobsite and weeks out of the schedule.
Materials that return
Steel and EPS do not rot, mould or off-gas, are produced with recycled content in a zero-waste facility, and are fully recyclable at end of life.
One supply chain
Specification, supply and installation sit in one group, so freight consolidates, substitutions are flagged early and stock is held rather than ordered twice.

Do trade customers get different pricing?
No. At Builders Fixtures, trade and retail customers pay the same transparent price. Contractors get service advantages instead: in-stock fulfilment, same-day pickup, next-business-day quotes and a contractor lane that opens at 7a.
What areas does ThermaSteel Northeast serve?
ThermaSteel Northeast is the independent ThermaSteel distributor for all six New England states: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Can one project use more than one division?
That is the point of the group. A single project can be specified through PoshHaus, supplied by Builders Fixtures, framed with ThermaSteel panels and delivered by Shop Design Build — with one point of accountability throughout.
